Cake Smash Photography in Madera is a fun, colorful way to celebrate your little one’s birthday and capture their personality at this special stage. Whether you’re celebrating a first birthday or another milestone, your session is customized with a theme and colors designed especially for your child.

Your Cake Smash Session Includes

Your $300 Cake Smash Session includes a customized birthday setup with a backdrop, balloons, props, round cake stand and bathtub, plus a one-hour photography session.

You’ll receive 20 fully edited, high-resolution digital images of your choice, selected from your private online gallery.

Have a special theme in mind? Include it in your booking notes and contact me so we can discuss your vision, colors and details.

Real Cake or Faux Cake — Your Choice

You’re welcome to bring a real cake for your child’s session, or you may use one of my coordinating faux cakes at no additional charge.

Faux cakes are a great option for little ones who don’t enjoy the taste or texture of frosting, or for parents who simply want the cake-smash look without the mess of a real cake. Let me know your preferred color when planning your session so I can coordinate it with your setup.

If you’d like your child to experience a traditional cake smash with a real cake, simply bring one with you to the session.

Add a Monochromatic Portrait Set

Want even more variety from your session? Add a modern monochromatic portrait set after the main cake smash.

We’ll create a coordinated solid-color look using the backdrop, props and outfit for a clean, modern portrait style. Current color options include pink, cream, white and brown.

The monochromatic add-on includes 10 additional fully edited digital images.

When Should I Book?

If you’d like your finished portraits ready in time for your child’s birthday celebration, I recommend scheduling your Cake Smash Photography session at least three weeks before the birthday.

Booking early also gives us more time to plan your colors, theme and customized setup.

LATE ARRIVAL TIME POLICY

If you arrive to your appointment over 1o minutes late, please pay an extra $10. After 20 minutes, please pay an extra $20. After 30 minutes, if no communication, appointment is cancelled.

Multiple appointments are scheduled on the same day. Other clients appointments will have to be moved around to accomodate late arrival.
